Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor from America. Her most well-known character is Skyler White in the AMC show Breaking Bad, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Drama Series. She performed the roles of Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell in love with acting in the Preparatory stage before moving with her family to Ohio. She spent a year at the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre through Northwestern University. Anna began her journey in Chicago, working in theatre role for several years. Then she moved to Hollywood and began acting in TV shows and films. Anna got her first major role as Arden as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in the year 1992. In addition, she was on Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. It was only in the latter part of 1990 that she took on an acting role on The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons of Deadwood that was shot in the mid 2000's. Skyler is the character she played in her Breaking Bad role from 2008. In addition, she was a part of the Deadwood film as well as Sully. Gunn played a role in the David Schwimmer directed film Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn appeared in a series of audio play podcast called"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's marriage to Skyler. Walter White's personal tale and the tension in the marriage he shares with Skyler can be seen in the series.
